Yes I tried to print them Friday, Monday and Today, I entered the orders
on Thursday.

I entered a PRMS order yesterday and it returned today.  The PRMS was
not responding am yesterday but have you printed Unprocessed SMS orders?

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

I completed my PRMS Rollover last week, and I have since entered two
PRMS urgent works orders, however it is now day three and they have not
reached Cases21; is there a way to check that the actual Rollover was
successful?   Message handling is working; have any other schools
experienced a delay?
