[Busmanagers] minimum hours for SSO's at casual rates

Casual rates only refer to occasional work. If your canteen staff work
on a regular basis it is classed as part-time work. It is not the hours,
but the regularity.

I am hoping someone will know definitely the minimum number of hours we
can call canteen attendants in at casual rates. 

I have looked on the web and in the agreement but can't find the
information.
