Hi Jenny
I had to have the service desk log on and make it nonactive as I could
not. I did the bank rec for that account as zero just to get through the
end of period.

Hi all,
I'm trying to de-activate bank account through GL11001 as instructed in
process guide but the screen does not include the drop down box under GL
Code Active for me to tick Y or N as displayed in the guide. I logged
a call yesterday and am unable to complete Bank Rec without an answer.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
