Good Morning,
 
Could anyone please tell me which  pay step I need to use to pay Reading Assistance Tutors?  I know that they need to get paid $48 p/h.  So does this mean I need to add a new pay step.  I am paying through Local Payroll, is this the most effective way of doing this payment?
