[Busmanagers] Fuel Purchase Card

Hi Bev,

I just rang and got a Direct Debit request.  I have done the same for
the Coles card as I was having the same problem.  I thought I might have
had a blank form that I could have but I only have a completed one.  It
was quite an easy process.  I don't know if you can copy one from the
web.

Hi Jane,

 

How did you arrange the direct debit.  This might be the way for us to
go as well.  Also could the direct debit apply to the Coles card as we
had charges of $73 recently because we couldn't get the invoices from
Staff.  I now deduct these charges from their budgets.

Further to my last note.  I have the payment directly debited as they
send out the invoice well in advance, this saves any late fee.

Hi, 

We have recently purchased a bus for the school.  The Assistant
Principal has asked me to look into getting a card specifically for
fuel.  Does anyone know where I can get some information on Departmental
policies or know of someone whom I can call??
