[Busmanagers] Gaining access

Hi Lyanne,

 

For HR you can get a form from the HR Site and then fax it to them.

 

For CASES21 you can go to the Help Desk but go to the section that deals
with the Technical Support and they should be able to get you on.

I have just transferred to Knox Gardens today and need to gain access to
CASES21, EMA, HRMS etc and was wondering how I go about it.  

 

The computer technician has given me access to the network but nothing
else.

 

Thought that someone may be able to assist me prior to logging a call
with the help desk
