[Busmanagers] Gaining access

[Beverin, Grace L]

I have just transferred to Knox Gardens today and need to gain access to CASES21, EMA, HRMS etc and was wondering how I go about it.  
 
The computer technician has given me access to the network but nothing else.
 
Thought that someone may be able to assist me prior to logging a call with the help desk
