The helpdesk is aware of it (Incident of ours is still open) as the printing margins on Cases 21 dont exactly match. Some schools print (onto paper)  the labels then photocopy using a reduced %. I'm not sure how much they reduce it by to print accurately.

I know this has been discussed before, how do we fix the family label issue 3 x10, my labels always go over the top of each other.
