This appears to be the only accountability requirements from the unit
providing the funding which can be found at

The remittance advice sent to schools from DoE indicates that the
funding is "outside the scope" of GST and should be receipted using GST
code NS6.

 

Given the accountability guidelines below schools will need an easy
audit trail to follow as part of the evaluation process for reporting
required in November 2007!!!

 

Accountability for grant expenditure

It is a condition of the acceptance of 'Healthy Start in Schools' Grant
funding that the school participate in a project evaluation. Schools
allocated a 'Healthy Start in Schools' Grant will be required to
complete a short on-line evaluation survey in November 2007. They will
also be required to maintain documentation of expenditure. The
Department of Education may request expenditure reports as part of the
evaluation process.
