[Busmanagers] Cash Safes

Can anyone advise me of the requirements for a cash safe at school?

Does it have to be bolted down, fire resistant etc

We currently use a fire resistant filing cabinet but our personnel files
are bulging out and I really need to move the cash and use the other
drawer!

Any info would be appreciated.
