Hi Raelene,

 

I have devised a form which I get the cardholders to complete when using
their card so that I have a record when the Bank account is debited.  I
also get them to complete an order and staple a copy of it to the form,
together with a copy of the Invoice.  Other than that it is pretty easy
as when I get the Statement from CBA I just put through a General Ledger
Payment with the details that are on the form.

 

Hope this helps - it is really easier than I thought it would be.  You
just need to train the staff to complete the form!!!!!!

We received our school purchasing cards in March and I have now received
my first statement.  I have been looking through the administrator guide
to check on what I need to do to ensure the processes are properly
followed.

 

Has anyone got any good tips that I could follow to make sure that
everything is done correctly?  I'd like to start on the right note and
not make any glaring mistakes.
