[Busmanagers] Salary Packaging (Salary Sacrifice)

Hi Everyone,

 

Today I received a staff member inquiry about the maximum amount
(percentage) of salary that could be packaged/sacrificed into
superannuation.

She claims that Smart Salary informed her that this could be up to 100%
of her salary, at which I was surprised as the maximum as I understood
it was 50%.

 

I've gone to HR Web (Salary Packaging) and there is no indication of
what the maximum percentage of the salary can be sacrificed into
superannuation.

 

Has anyone else had a similar query and if so what advice was given?
