Hi Noleen,
You will have to do a Family receipt reversal and manually change your
deposit slip. Write explanation on deposit slip. Make sure you mark your
receipt and reverse receipt off the bank rec.

Morning everyone,
I'm hoping someone out there can help me with today's banking. My admin
officer is currently entering parent payments into family receipts and
has been printing receipts, a parent has just come up to the school and
requested that we not bank her cheque until next term. Unfortunately,
she was one of the payments that had been receipted. What steps can we
implement to get the amount to be banked to equal what shows on the
deposit slip and batch reports?
