Hi Terri

I am imagining that you will probably code the receipted money to 74580
- Other Locally Raised Funds.  Expenditure then will be according to how
the money is expended and you may choose to define a subprogram linked
to the progam 930 General Purpose.  Numbers between 9350 and 9399 are
available for school defined options.  

I would be interested in what someone else thinks as the cluster area
I'm familiar with is Specialist Technology which is more clearly defined
through the Chart of Accounts.
