Julie,

We hire out our gymnasiums at $22 per hour.  I have attached a copy of
out agreement with other rates as well.  You also must request a copy of
the Public Liability insurance.

Good afternoon

 

Our school is looking to lease out our Multi purpose room one night per
week to a local Karate school. They have their own public liability
insurance and we aren't being asked to supply anything but the space. As
we have never leased out space before can anyone tell us what would be a
fair asking price and if we need anything else from the karate school.
