[Busmanagers] Enrolment Date - 2007

We always put the date the teachers start and then in the calendar mark
the first day as a Curriculum day.   In which case the start date is the
30 January.

Could someone please clarify the actual enrolment date for new
enrolments for the start of 2007.  Is it the 30th January - as a student
free day or is it the 31st January?  I seem to go through this every
year - you would think I would know by now!!!
