Hi Raelene,

 

There haven't been any transactions but shouldn't you still be able to
see the code number in the drop down list.  It isn't even there.

Could it be because there have been no transactions on this sub program
yet?  You may not be able to get a report until you have either done a
receipt or payment.

Hi Again,

 

Thought today was going to be better but not having a good start!!!

 

I have added a new code to our Chart of Accounts and entered an
expenditure budget amount against it which was actually money held in an
old CASES coding.  I have made the code active and saved all the entries
but when I go to print out a Sub program variance report the code is
nowhere to be found.  What have I done wrong???
