If it is a Family Payment - go to Section 1 - page 59 - Family Receipt
Reversal.  If it is a General Ledger receipt - go to Section  5, page 14
GL Receipt Reversals.

Dear Brains Trust,

 

We haven't had to deal with a dishonoured cheque in Cases21 F yet.  Can
someone please point me in the right direction for information on this?
Which part of the process guide do I follow - may be having eye problems
but can't locate it at the moment.
