Hi Rosemary,

 

I had a staff member return at a reduced time fraction whilst still on
unpaid family leave. She was able to return for a maximum of 1 term
only. If she exceeded that period she could not revert to family leave.

When a teacher on Family Leave returns on a short term contract, and
wants to resume family leave at the end of the contract is there a limit
to the length that the contract can be.

If they go over this limit does it then void their Family Leave.
