[Busmanagers] Trust Fund Transactions

Good Morning All

 I am in need of Cases21 information on Guidelines for recording tax
deductible Library Funds and Building Funds. Have the old one with Cases
procedures but totally unsure about C21 procedures.

Most people pay donation when paying fees so I have to receipt into
Official and then write a cheque to transfer money in Fund accounts.
What Expenditure codes do you use and what receipting codes also into
the Funds - I have doubled up when calling it a donation into Official,
donation expense when writing cheque and then donation receipt when
received into Library Account??????
