[Busmanagers] ROL finish date

I had a family leave position to advertise and used 20/12/2013.  I based
this on where Christmas fell in the week and the date we have finished
historically for the holiday break.  I figure if the date is out by a
day or two at this stage it is not going to matter - we can adjust it
when we know the dates.
