I am currently the Co-ordinator, SSO Relief Personnel for the EMR.  There we=
re 2 training programs which were run during Term 3 which encompassed succes=
sful candidates doing 4 days of CASES21 training at Parkmore and 60-70 hours=
 of work experience in 3 Host Schools before being placed on the Relief List=
 which I manage.  Currently, this list is circulated to all EMR schools once=
 a term.
