Unfortunately I am unable to give official advice on the new amounts as
they have not been signed off yet.  However, it is departmental policy
that the amounts be increased each year in line with the increase in the
CPI.  The CPI change for this year is 2.5% so if you need a new amount
you could work on that basis.
