The role I have as EMR Co-ordinator does include the recruitment of relief S=
SOs but as my position is only part-time, I am not able to organise work exp=
erience for those who are obtaining CASES21 training through other avenues.=
  I can only suggest for Natalie to approach other schools in the EMR and of=
fer her help.  As Region trained candidates have to complete 60 - 70 hours o=
f work experience in at least 3 different schools with a mixture of primary,=
 secondary and/or special schools before they are placed on the relief list,=
 I would suggest the same for Natalie.
 
Once she has completed the work experience hours, she could contact me again=
 to discuss the possibility of being on the EMR list.
