[Busmanagers] Mobile Phones with Telstra??

To purchase mobile phones Telstra have a separate area for education.
Phone:  1800 650 674. (Option 2 when you get through)  They can give you
prices for the phone only and then will charge you the whole of
government price including the discount.  Its usually next day delivery
for the phones.

Good morning everyone.  I have to purchase a new mobile phone for the
school and thought I would use Optus but had a vague recollection that
all mobile accounts were supposed to be with Telstra??  Is that right?
