[Busmanagers] Mobile Phones with Telstra??

You can purchase the phone outright from anyone, but the contract for
calls must be through TELSTRA, like out land lines must be through
OPTUS.

Good morning everyone.  I have to purchase a new mobile phone for the
school and thought I would use Optus but had a vague recollection that
all mobile accounts were supposed to be with Telstra??  Is that right?
