[Busmanagers] Sub Program Status Report and Sub Program AccountTransaction Report

Hi Brigid,

Could it be that you've bought some capital items and they don't show in
the transaction report because they are assets?  Have a look at the sub
program variance report  (KGLSUB21003) and it should show capital
expenditure after the regular expenditure.  Just a thought.

Good morning everyone,

 

When preparing for my Finance meeting this morning, I noticed that my
Performing Arts budget was showing a deficit of $1010.00 in the SP
Status Report but when I print the SP Account Transaction report if
shows only a deficit of $28.05 which is the correct amount, can anyone
help me explain this anomaly?
