[Busmanagers] Grad positions on ROL

Flag them as Graduation Recruitment Program on the first screen and
attach the appropriate data in other boxes where it give you're the
option.  

 

Where you might put Classroom Teacher or Accomplished Teacher you can
attach Graduate Recruitment
