[Busmanagers] New bank account

Hi all,

 

I'm needing some assistance in adding a new bank account. Probably a
stupid question 

 

We have just opened up a school building fund account. In the process
guide  'activate gl chart account code' it says to select a code between
10011 and 10099, however there is a code 10003 titled building fund
which is inactive. Should I activate the 10003 code or pick a code
between 10011 and 10099?
