[Busmanagers] Casual Relief Staff

We pay 6 hours, regardless of yard duty.  Teachers, especially from agencies, can get quite cranky when you only pay 5.5, I know because I have experienced this first hand.

Hello All
 
Can I please get some feedback on how many hours a day you pay your C.R.T's? 
 
Do you only pay 5.5 hours for a full day - 9am to 3.30pm - if the CRT does NOT do yard duty?
 
Do you only pay 6 hours a day if the CRT DOES do yard duty?
 
Do you pay 6 hours a day regardless of whether yard duty was undertaken?
 
Also, does anyone have a GOOD relief staff agency they can recommend?
