[Busmanagers] Service desk

I had the same problem.  There is a setting which needs to be changed.
If you ring the service desk they will talk you through it - only takes
a couple of minutes.

Does anyone know how to access the Service Desk via the internet?  I
would like to log something long and complicated in writing rather than
over the phone (have emailed but to no avail!).  I have tried the
address http://servicedesk/education.vic.gov.au as recommended but it
takes me directly to the DE&T website and I can't seem to find a link to
the Service Desk.
