[Busmanagers] Balance Day adjustments

Morning everyone.

 

I'm not sure about balance day adjustments.

 

 I have just paid a deposit for a 2007 school camp and have also been
receipting 2007 school fees. In the process guide 'Timing' it states
that it's preferable to do the adjustments at the time of entering the
invoice, but that they are normally done at the end of the year. Should
I do the adjustment for the payment made and fees received now? Do I
then do the reverse entry after I've completed start of new year in Jan
2007?
