[Busmanagers] Receipt Reversal

I did a family receipt reversal quite a while ago and have discovered
that the amount is showing in the "Amount Owing" column on the family
statement.  I have looked through the process guide and it doesn't
specifically say to do a credit note, yet I think perhaps I should.  Am
I just missing the instruction or do I need to do something else in
order for it to show correctly on the statement?
