[Busmanagers] Utilities companies.

Can anyone tell me if there is any restriction on schools choosing
energy companies and/or signing over to other companies? 

We are currently with Truenrgy for our electricity and have had a
costing done by Origin energy which comes out at nearly $1000 cheaper
over the year. I would like to change over if there are no restrictions
in place.
