[Busmanagers] Revenue question

Hi Chris,

I just compared a Sub-Program Variance report revenue YTD figure with
the sub-program transactions report for the matching GL code which
included credit notes in the transactions and the figures do match. It
appears that it has deducted the credit notes from the total, however
they may not have been partial credits. I would imagine the same rule
should apply though? In the case of a family payment, it would be
decreasing due to the associated credit note, not the actual payment?

Subject: [Busmanagers] Revenue question

HI

Thank you to all who have given feedback for me to take to the meeting
next week.

Now, I have a question.

When we have raised invoices in Families they are showing as revenue in
the Annual Subprogram variance report. If a charge is part paid and then
we need to do a credit note against that charge because the student is
no longer attending does the revenue in the Annual subprogram variance
report still reflect the full invoice?

I realise that if we do a family payment that the revenue will then
decrease.

Just wondered if others have tested this theory.

Regards

Chris
