Not sure Jan.  You can't carry any balances forward, not like the old
CASES.  That is why you need to do spreadsheets

No, I mean the estimated total of surplus funds across the whole 2006
budget that are available to carry forward for allocation in next years
budget.

Help... I missed the budget training, and still trying to get my head
around C21F reports.

 

How do we determine the estimated 'carry forward balance' available at
the end of 2006 to be brought forward into 2007?
