[Busmanagers] Co Op Loans

We built our hall with a Co Op loan from the CBA and have had no
problems. The account needs to be audited annually and separately from
your other accounts and an annual report forwarded to the Depatment of
Justice. We have a Business Banker from the CBA who oversees the
account, so you could call the CBA and find out more. We're quite happy
with them.
