Hi Sue

I have a sub program for each of our Parent Club Fundraising Activities
eg Annual Ball, Chocolate Drive, Trivia Night.  Each month they get a
print out of Sub Program Status Report and Transation Reports for their
sub programs. TheyI find this very easy to understand and see what has
been receipted and what expenses have been paid out against each
fundraising activity.

Hi All

Need some ideas or information.  We receipt into GL all fundraising.
Our PCA wants a full record of each individual fundraiser.  At the
moment we do this by entering text into the field so that we can
identify each thing.  This means we have to manually add things up.
What does everyone else do?  Sundry debtors is the only option I can
think of.
