[Busmanagers] Facility Sharing

Hi,

 

A local School that contracts me privately after hours as their Business
Manager has just become the new training centre and Reading Recovery
base for the Barwon South Western Region.  As yet the School has not
drawn up a Memo of Understanding or made any agreements in regards to
the extra costs now attracted to the School.  

 

Is there anyone out there who shares facilities in a similar way that
can let me know what things I should be charging to the Regional Office
other than the obvious like Utilities and Cleaning?  The new centre is
sharing toilets, staffroom etc.
