Hi Teresa    

 

I queried this with the help desk.  Its correct that they show on the
primary school indicative budget.  Once the school year commences they
will be moved to the secondary school.  I'm pretty sure its the
secondary school's responsibility to do the pupil movement process.

Hi Rosemary 

I've done the same thing,  on re reading instructions if you are doing a
search on students from Cases 21 you should only get a report if there
are errors.

Go to search put in school name and it should come up with all students.

Perhaps you can help me.  I have a student currently funded and has
future funding who will move to secondary college next year.  His money
is allocated to our indicative budget for 2007.  Do I have to do
anything to move the funding to the college for next year?

With regard to the new systems for Students with Disabilities (PSDMS).

We received Circular s237 on 8/8/06 requesting that we activate the
system before Friday 11th August by transferring students from CASES21.

Circular s353 was received on 31/10/06 regarding 2007 Application
Activation.

If I completed the acting on 11/8/06 do I have to do anything else now.

When I go onto the PSDMS site no errors come up but I can't see how I
can find out if my students are all in there.

Can anyone enlighten me please.
