[Busmanagers] family defaults in cases 21 admin

Does anyone know how to take the school contact numbers off a 'blank'
family address screen?  Our phone number appears in the family's home
number and our fax number in the fax 'box'.  It's a nuisance to change
each new entry and a problem if the family doesn't have land lines and
we 'forget' to delete them.
