Hi Glynis,

 

If the cheque was receipted under Family Receipts then you do a Family
Reverse Receipts

If the cheque was receipted under General ledger then you do a General
Ledger Reversal

 

Get the original batch - the audit trail where the cheque was processed.

First bounced check since going onto C21F.  Can anyone tell me if I
should do a family reverse receipt or a GL reversal? Can't remember!!
