The policy is in the following document

chool_based_staff-policy.pdf
Basically the answer to your question is no, providing the teacher has
been on duty for at least 4 weeks in this term. I assume that your
question relates to the forthcoming school holidays?

Subject: [Busmanagers] Sick leave during school holidays
If a teacher is on sick leave two weeks before and four weeks after
holidays - are the holidays counted as sick leave?
