Hi Denise
 
I am also looking at going onto Quickline.  However, I have been told by
the CBA that they will soon be going onto a web-based program rather
than using the analogue modum.  I have been advised to wait till they
change over.  Have you or anyone else currently using Quickline had any
information regarding the change over date.  I am keen to get it set up
from the beginning of next term (also the beginning of the new financial
year for payroll).

Anna,

 

You have to get approval from School Council to do direct deposits.
Make sure that it is minuted.  We do ours by quickline and get the
Principal to sign both the quickine report and the CASES21 report, as
well as the vouchers.  It is certainly easier than reminding them to
bank cheques, or they loose them.

I have been looking for some sort of policy or guidelines correct
procedures into direct deposits for staff eg Petty cash, reimbursements
etc. Does anyone know if there is anything out their that we need to
follow so that the auditors don't slap our hands...
