[Busmanagers] newsletter emailed

We also set up a distribution list and emailed to parents.  However the
second newsletter we sent out was to big for edumail to handle and we
had undelivered mail.  We now send out to parent a email stating that
the latest newsletter is out and has been placed on your website.  

 

So far so good, parents are quite happy to now that the newsletter is
out and they can look at the website rather then

Hello everyone

 

I am hoping someone would be kind enough to email me their letter/form
home to parents who request their newsletter be emailed to them.  Also I
would be interested in your comments on how you initially set up the
system and if you find it works well.

 

Our school council wants newsletters emailed instead of photocopied.
