Hi Judi
I am back on air after having no email or internet all day yesterday. I
ended up ringing the call centre and there is definitely an issue that
they are looking into. Hope it doesn't take 6 weeks though.

I had a second lot of EMA payments notification come through also but
they never downloaded to CASES21. Apparently there has
been a problem with some people receiving their downloads and it is a
technical issue. I placed a call and it took a good
six weeks for the problem to be rectified. If you do not receive them
by the end of the week I would ring technical support.

I had late EMA payments also. I have been checking the unprocessed EMA
receipts with nothing to print. Just checked now and they have come
through today. Suggest you try again tomorrow.

Hi everyone
I have received notification of a late EMA payment that has been
deposited in the HYIA. The fax arrived yesterday. When I try and print
unprocessed EMA receipts today it says there is nothing to print.
According to the process guide the message should have come overnight
from the EMA website into C21F. Am I missing a step?
