When you opened up Cases21F today were your overnight messages there?
If not close down Cases21F, log in again and see if they are there now.

Hi everyone

 

I have received notification of a late EMA payment that has been
deposited in the HYIA.  The fax arrived yesterday.  When I try and print
unprocessed EMA receipts today it says there is nothing to print.
According to the process guide the message should have come overnight
from the EMA website into C21F.  Am I missing a step?
