[Busmanagers] FW: MAC FORM

Hi All

Our telephone lines were transferred over to Optus last week and we have
discovered a glitch in the system. 

We were trying to contact a parent today and thought we had left the
school number on her mobile, only to find that the number is not
registering and there is a block on it so it comes up either as no
number ( in the case of a missed call) or private number (in the case of
a number left). 

It may pay to check your phones out if you are on Optus now as this may
be why parents are not returning your calls.

I have attached the form I was give to fill in to have this fixed and
told to mention that we had recently changed over to optus.
