[Busmanagers] Cessation of duties Form

Hi 

My understanding of this is that the cessation form is completed by DE&T
and sent to the super fund after the completion of service form has been
sent in by the school and the termination day has passed.

Yes that is correct and you can find the form on HRMS under forms

We have a retired staff member who has received a letter from the Super
Board to say they can not release his super until they receive a
'Cessation of Duties' Form. I understand this form is processed from
DE&T Melbourne. Can you confirm that is correct please.
