[Busmanagers] ONGOING STATUS

Hi All again,
It is a day of questions for me today.
If a member of the teaching staff who is on her second 12 month contract
takes the next year off LWOP and then returns, do they have to have
another 3 x 12 consecutive contracts before they can be made ongoing or
if they do another 1 x 12 month when they return are they entitled to
ongoing.
Also my interpretation of the data makes me believe that staff who are
in 7 year family leave positions are not entitled to be offered ongoing
after 3 x 12 months work is this correct?
